Seeking suggestions on 460 build combo

20 years and 250K miles later it is time to replace my old stump puller 460 in my 76 F150 2 wheel drive. I built this engine back in 96. Still holds 50psi oil pressure at idle on a hot Texas day but is getting pretty bad about leaking oil via various seals. So I have decided to replace it. I have a core to work with and here are my thoughts.
514 stroker kit

76 iron heads with roller rockers, mild porting on exhaust side and 3 angle valve job
Edelbrock Performer manifold
Grant Road Demon 725
Stock exhaust manifolds with duals (I used headers in the past but such a pain)
12 quart Dooley pan with rear pick up
C6 transmission with Gear Vendors Overdrive
350 rear gears<O</O
I would like to hear any suggestions on camshaft selection or anything else you think I should do different. I would like to stay with a hydraulic flat tappet cam, looking at a Crane 353941, 216/228 @ .050, .518/.513 112 lobe centers. Would very much like to hear your thoughts?

I use this truck to pull a 16 foot lowboy trailer and general duties around the farm. Not looking for a racer just a good reliable general duty truck.

Well with that combo your going to have a hell of a motor Ilike the idea of the manifolds. if you clean out the manifolds and the exhaust side will deffenitly help. you can get a ****** load of torque that way. I dont know if your planning on a a new bottom end , but going to the 514 will greatly improve your torque up to or about 525 ft.lbs.at 4000. the hp. dosent change at all .but thats a good pulling set up..

id go with a 521 stroker rather than a 514... scat cast crank, scat h beam rods, probe dished pistons, edelbrock 750 carb... cam sounds good... be sure to put in a good double roller timing chain in and you should be good to go
