wireing

hello i have a 2003 ford f150 and this alarm im putting on it needs to be hooked up to the odometer for the starter along with it im thinking butthe diagram i got dosent show what color wire it is or where its located at can anyone help me

Might want to check the manufacturer of the alarm. What kind of alarm is it?

you can try to do a search or check out the website of the brand of alarm it is

all the company can tell me is what wire the it hooks up to on their alarn i need to know what color it is on the truck

You need to find a wiring diagram for your particular truck that you are going to install it in.

The maintaince manual has this information in it.

The wire will be in the wireing harness.
