Power Point fried.

Power Point fried.
No, not the Windoze app. I tried running an electric drill off a power inverter plugged into my power point a while back. I thought the power inverter fried, but it turns out it was too much for the power point. All the fuses in the block left of the steering column are fine. Where else should I look? Is there an inline fuse somewhere? This is in the '93 F250 in my sig... I'm hitting the road soon, and I would like to be able to charge my phone in the truck.
Thanks in advance!

my power point fried right in back of plug burnt coating right off. I replaced it and fuse and worked fine. But I also installed a extra fuse box with own feed . Has lot heavier wire and easier to get to. I hook my inverter up to it. If you can't get yours to work I'd check wires . Good luck

Note your fuse should be 15A, not the 25A in the diagram below.
Everything else should be the same.

Update.
Thanks, Bill--that diagram helped a little. To be honest, I had forgotten that the truck had a cigar lighter--I'm not a smoker, and I didn't keep any junk in the ashtray. So, when I originally tried to troubleshoot the power point, I overlooked that in the fuse diagram. I had been checking the cigar lighter fuse (thinking the power point was perhaps INSTEAD of a cigar lighter). Fortunately, I had a 15A fuse laying around, so the power point is back up and running. Since I discovered I also had a cigar lighter, I decided to check it, too. No worky. After a little finagling the tray, it turns out a previous owner had cobbled together something behind there (lots of poorly applied electrical tape), but I noticed one terminal was pulled off the lighter. So, in the space of 15 minutes today, I went from 0/1(I thought) 12V power sources to 2/2. Sometimes things actually work out for the better!
