fog light modifications so they stay on with high beams

It shouldnt be that hard. I would CERTAINLY recommend the jumper thing. If I wouldnt have had a fire call in the middle of instalation it would have taken less than five min. This is the first use I have ever found for scotch lock connectors!
Just pull the switch and get out your test light. Find the wire that is only hot w the headlights then find the one that is only hot w the fog lights. Run a jumper and viola! (easier said than done if your 150 is like my 250. NO ROOM TO WORK. The harness gives you about one extra inch of wire.)

I have a 2006 Lariet 4X4 and I looked at my relay today. And the one in the picture on "how to do the mod" shows a 5 prong relay and the relay that is in my truck is just a 4 prong. And the prong I need to bend is the one that is missing on my truck.
So is there another way to do this?

The middle is usually just a replicate of the outer one in the same direction.

That is kind of odd. I have an 07 and the middle one is missing on mine. I am wondering if I should still try it or not.

Brad,
Did you have any luck going ahead with this mod and the "4-pin" relay? Thanks for your assistance.
Regards,
Craig

Thanks for the prompt reply. Back to the top for the Four Pin Mafia...
OK I just got back from outside and it works on the 4-pin also. Well better go to bed got to work tonight . Just follow the directions and bend the pin on the outside do not worry about the middle pin that you dont have. And I did not disconnect the battery.

Did you get this mod to work with the newer 4 pin relay? Thanks for your assistance!
Regards,
Craig
I am like Brad I didn't want to mess anything up. And if I did screw it up I know the Ford dealer here wouldn't have the relay in stock.. I am going to be busy this weekend so I might try it next week.
