Finally! Gonna be heading that way!
We got a solid contract on the house yesterday and will be closing on the April 6th. The only bummer is we might miss the GTG,Gonna try not too as we will be up in Spartanburg house hunting on the weekends. Lookin forward to meeting some of ya!

ouhh!... I never submitted my reply.. I remember writin' it.. oh well

Sweet job on the contract ... it doesn't seem like you had it on the market long. Don't worry about missing the 31st, we really need to plan up more in the following months. I'd like to see us squeeze in as many as possible within the warmer months.

6 Months on the market isn't too bad, Ive seen worse. We reduced the price a little and a young couple that had seen it twice wanted it.

We'll be in Spartanburg the weekend of the 10th to look again at one we like and a couple others. I can't wait to get out of Fla!

Since the shop is sitting "idle" its even worse...

We have a contract on this place, Gonna close first half of April. It's outside Spartanburg near Woodruff on 417. It has a separate workshop and a small pole barn.
