1995 Ford Explorer Idle problem
My 1995 Explorer stalls frequently when it goes into idle mode. When I am waiting for a red light I have to place in neutral to prevent it from stalling. I have changed the idle control valve and cleaned the throttle body. There was a lot of carbon build-up and that helped a lot but not corrected the problem. Please advise.

Check for vacuum leaks.
