SuperCrew a piece of dookey?
Good thread, I just brought home my '03 Screw 4x4, 4.6 with 3.55 limited slip. I did a lot of looking to find a 4.6, 3.55 with captains chairs since I wanted the best chance at MPG since I drive 100 miles highway a day. ( Yeah I know about the 4x4, but I wanted it). I only plan to do a couple of things to help it out, I have read the airfilter is probably the best chance for paying for itself, since it takes a lot of miles to make it worth doing. A bed cover also makes a difference, may not pay for itself for a long time, but having the removable cover is something I want. The other thing I am thinking about is removing the 2" lift block on the rear. The rear currently sits 1" higher than the front, but that would make the rear a little lower than the front. Can I dial down the tortion bar and let the front settle 1"? I have heard of this, but never talked to anyone who as done it. This would also level the truck front/rear.
Any ideas?
As to the original title, I haven't heard anyone NOT like the SuperCrew.
