TeamMudd thanks for the answers. My front springs are so shot that if you turned them over you could probably get a 2-3 inch lift out of them. I think I am going to head in the same direction as you.

Finally got my Excursion done a few weekends ago. It's an 8" lift, the rims are 16.5 beadlock rims from trailworthyfab and the tires are 37" tires off a hummer, also from trail worthy fab.

could you give a few details on the rims size? 20x? and which back spacing did you go with? Im looking at 35x13.50r20 mickey thompsons and 20x10 with 4.5 back spacing. Im concerned with back spacing and tire rub. do yours rub at all? I also did the 6" procomp

I have a 20x10 with a 4.5" BS mounted with 35x13.5 ProComp Xtreme ATs on a 5.5" fabTech lift and have a slight rub on full lock. Nothing a little trimming did not fix.

The rims are 20x10 with -12 offset. The only rub I have is when I make a real sharp turn and hit a bump.

thanks for that info. would that rub be on the leaf spring or wheel well. also -12, would that equal 4.75" back space?

They rub the leaf spring. But not bad. The tire stick out about 2 to 3in.

I've gotta say that dog looks a little more like a pig in the reflection.
