I am restoring a '51 F-1 and am in need of the original speedometer. I have the 'stats' gauges, but they could use replacing. Does anyone know if the speedo and or 'stats' gauges will work from '48 to '50 F-1s? I may have a line on a used speedo. Thanks in advance!

51 F-1 Deluxe Cab

 

The gauges to my knowledge are the same from 1948 -1952, so they should all fit the same hole and wiring harness. In 1953 they changed body styles and dashboards. E-mail me if you need some help, I have an extra complete dash assembly.

 

the gauges fit 48 to 50 and 51 to 53, 54 to 56 so you will need 51 thru 53. Is your 51 a Deluxe cab you say. I have 51 five star cab. That need to be restored. And have extra full set fo gauges. KEEP IT UP ON THE FORD. LOVE THE OLD FORD F1. If this will help. later

 

There is only two years for the gauges.51 and 52 are the same deluxe or standard cab makes no difference.

51-52 are the only interchangeable years for gauges. I have a complete set, If you are interested.
