About 2010 my brother in law found the truck in Pocahontas Arkansas. I purchased it but it was a total wreck. It was good to see it again. We ran the Vin to make sure it was the same truck. I have only seen about 4 of these customs. It was done in Elkhart In. I hope I can finish it. The hardest project is my life . I will post a picture of today's work. Also a door from a few days ago. I just bought a 78 and it has Midas touch on the front. It looks original. The bed is not original. I'd like to know more about it.

With todays technology, if you get a picture of one, I bet you could duplicate the graphics. Like many of these local specials, graphics, or maybe a diecast badge is the only thing different about them. What comes to mind as a similar situation was a Bluebonnet version of the Mustang in about 1967 sold in Texas. Bluebonnet is the state flower.
