1952 4 spd trans need PTO Cover

I have a tranny off of a 1952 7HA motor with a PTO on it. I am not going to use the pto, but where can I find a cover? I looked through some supplier mags but I have not seen a cover being sold. Did I miss it somewhere?

I would bet someone would be willing to trade a cover for that pto. If not, they were fairly standard and many different transmissions (including those on off-brand trucks) might fit.

I have one off a 59 Ford, and would be willing to trade, if things fit.

Go to your local Ford dealer. It's still used and the part number is BB 7165, price is $21.57 . gasket is E7HZ 7166-A, price is $10.96.

Thanks Barry. I did not want to part with the pto. If I ever need one I already have it. I just don't need it for this truck. If I get the one down south, I want to make a roll off out of it.
