Trouble getting to blend door

Trouble getting to blend door(help)
<HR style="COLOR: #666666" SIZE=1>I'm trying to get to my blend door cause it's broken. The black housing(plenum) is tricky, I took all the screws out that I know of, is there something else in the back of it that's holding it on? I've got a '99 F150.

Hey there! Ya there is alot of screws. Cant remember how many 12-16? There are about 4 in the back(toward the enging compartment). Reach with your fingers for them to find location.

I used a small cordless screwgun with a 6" flexible attachment to get those ones out. But if you dont have that, a 1/4" drive with an extension should work fine. I loosened them, but waited to retrive the screws until after I removed the cover. When you put the screws back, tape the screw head to your socket to get them started in the hole. Worked great for me.
