Excursion troubles

My brother in law has an Excursion and both passenger Windows will not roll down. What would cause this? There is also a whine coming from under the vehicle when it is in motion, the noise sounds like it is coming from the driveline. Thank you

the whipple kit doesnt come with intercooler or bigger injectors. and uses stock intake manifold . which is very restrictive. the numbers look good . im going to 10lbs of boost and motor is setup to accept e85.

ps: this motor is in my 66 f100

Normally you get a 3% increase with a supercharger. I am just worried about pushing more air through that little exhaust and heating up the motor from the backpreasure.
This is a bit misstated. A supercharger makes power more efficiently, it doesn't make the engine more efficient. Using a supercharger to get a 300 hp engine to produce 400hp is more efficient than using cams, cubes, and cash. However, either 400hp engine will use more fuel than the 300 hp engine will.
