Misfire on Cylinder 6

Misfire on Cylinder 6
I have a 02 F150 SC with a 5.4.
This morning during a rain storm I noticed that the truck was missing a little. The service engine light came on and it had two codes (1) P0306 and a pending code (2) P0316.
When I bought the truck the previous owner stated that the only problem that he has had with the truck is that he has had to change out a couple coil packs. I suspect that this is the problem on cylinder 6. My questions are 1) does this seem like a likely part to change out and (2) is it common for this truck with 95K to have this problem frequently.
