Black or chrome???

I am about to order the Westin 3" bull bar for my truck. Here is my dilemma. I have a red truck, with carraige works upper/lower grill, black mirrors, black mud flaps, and black running boards. Which bar should I get? Black or chrome? I am leaning towards the black ones...

I've seen chrome work very well with such a ride, especially with all the black. It depends on if you want the shine, it really does keep things looking shiny in new with chrome here or there. Be sure to price comp at our Motorhaven shop when looking to get the Westin, we sell a good deal of em. http://www.autoanything.com/brands/102A381.aspx

I just went with the Black bull bar. I ordered it through my work today and I should have it first thing tommorow morning. I figured that even the black bull bar comes with the chrome skid plate. This color scheme matches the front grill since it has chrome edges with black blades. I think the black will "flow" througout the truck. We'll see tommorow after I install it. But I am definitely excited!!

Red with black, who could ask for a better color combination.

Good call on the black. That would have been my recommendation also. If you had chrome bumper/ running boards, then chrome would have been the right choice. But black running boards with a chrome bullbar wouldn't flow. Did you pick up any lights to go with it?

Just curious, did it cost you a lot more to have it shipped overnight? versus regular shipping?

I got the Westin 5.3/4" lights to go with it. I don't really intend on using the lights, so I got them for aesthetic purposes

No, our business deals with Keystone and they deliver the orders next day. So no, it did not cost me more. This goes for all the customers as well, we do not charge extra for shipping next day.

I've always liked those Bull bars. Should look real nice! Does that skid plate cover the front license plate?
