vacuum line diagram needed

Hello,

I need a vacuum line diagram for a 1978 F250 with a 460 engine. No AC, with cables and levers for heater controls. Anybody have one they can provide?

Thanks

I need a diagram for all the vacuum lines on the intake manifold. They attach to the carb, with a tree in the front and rear. It I can bypass some items, that would be better.

Thanks

I guess I was right the first time Eric.

Mestrell:

To allow us help you better, please give as much specific info as possible in the initial post.

Eric thought you wanted A/C vacuum line,
I thought you wanted engine vacuum diagrams.

So:
If your truck is a 49 states truck with an C6 auto trans then, You need emissions diagram 8-97-R0

You can see my listings here.

I can get you a diagram but I need to scan it and right now I'm heading out to a swap meet.

When he said: "vacuum line diagram for a 1978 F250 with a 460 engine. No AC, with cables and levers for heater controls." I figured he wanted the HVAC controls. He didn't mention emissions or carb and he specified heater controls. -Who knows what these guys want... We certainly can't read their minds.

Mil1ion,

The diagram/pciture would be better. I apologize for the confusion, as I am only looking for the carb/emission schematic. Thanks

hey, this is an old thread, but did anyone ever find a diagram?

I have a 76 F250 Trailer Special with a 460 with AC. i have some missing tubes from my carb and don't know where they go- its idling rough and I suspect the vacuum lines may have something to do with it. it runs fine and passess emissions at crusing speed, but excessive hydrocarbons and CO2 at idle.
