Who are you trying to impress, and do you think they care?
I'll be taking my truck to prom, or my other car... Bench seats, long bed...

It wasn't my idea, I just thought it was sweet that her stepmom was like hey-are you interested. last year I had to take the minivan to two proms. I felt special...*shaking head*
I don't know any specs yet. You think I'm going to be at the dance for 4 hours??!? lol ya gotta go to dinner first. My gf seemed quite excited anyway...
Better than a minivan

I drove a Kenworth to my senior prom, then again my friends and I are kinda weird. I also pulled two farmall H tractors (54 and a 56) to within about a mile so two of my friends and their dates could take a tractor to prom.
Scary thing is the six of us were not the only weird ones. One kid drove a dump truck (late 60's chevy with a 5 yard box) and there was one other big rig but he was bobtailing.
Then again lifted trucks were also much more common then cars in the parking lot that night.

Took an alcohol burning pro mud truck, 65 Ford body, 79 F350 4x4 chassis, 514" Ford Racing block, 44" MT/Rs.... you get the idea...
Friends took their alcohol/methanol burning open wheel modifieds to prom one year also... we all did donuts in the parking lot, tore up the asphalt (literally).
