they are very different. you'd need to fab a valley cover and intake spacers because the W intake is narrower than the M/400 intake. not impossible, but why? what particular Windsor intake do you want to use, EFI?
trick flow is coming out with a lower half for a Cleveland real soon, but it will still need spacer plates and a valley cover. then all you'd need is the complete EFI sytem with the distributor from a Windsor truck. install the sensors, change the distributor gear to the 335 style making sure the gear is set on the shaft at the right height, set up an EFI fuel pump and return line (moroso has a kit that splices into the fill tube) and your pretty much set. or did you want an aftermarket set-up? http://www.mass-floefi.com/
