Hi all im looking into buying a 1993 F350 7.3L diesel. It has a couple of minor problems with it but for the price i can deal with a few problems. ]

First of all the oil pan he believes is leaking. He doesn't know if its from the gasket or the pan itself but hes pretty sure its leaking. Now my question is how much would it cost to get an oil pan and gasket replaced? Ive been told you have to lift the motor up 4inches to get the oil pan off is this true?

The other thing wrong with it is one of the fuel lines is leaking. Anyone got a ballpark estimate of how much it would be to get the fuel lines redone?

fuel lines are NOT available. I had the same problem. I just replaced with rubber fuel line for diesel fuel, no more problems.

 

There is not gasket on the 93 pan, ford used gasket sealant.... some pans are known to rust through. It could also be the front seal, rocker covers?????
New pan and R&R probably $450+

What fuel lines a re leaking and where............
