Does anyone have any tips on where to start for converting my 2001 F150 SC to a 4-wheel drive? Other than buying another truck.

 

Well I hate to tell you this but buy another truck, best bet is another 4x4 cause your gonna need as many parts as you need all the parts anyway so if you want to stay with the 01 type of suspension and axles then find a wrecked one otherwise find a 4x4 of an earlier year with approx same wheelbase as your truck and swap bodies.

yeah, just a parts truck, so you have everything. dont rip them all apart, swap a part at a time so you dont loose yourself in a pile of parts.
