The page www.fordcds.com does not seem to have CDs for my year's Aerostar. Do they have CD ISOs for 1990 Aerostars some place else?

Although it might be a good idea, implimentation of that idea has been slow. Someone who has the files in the proper format has contacted me (the same day I posted last), but I haven't followed up with the FTP info he needs.
It's not really lazyness, since that last post I've either been under/in the Aerostar (got the Playstation installed Friday night, finally finished the rack system inside for the Karts), rebuilt the engine on the Nationals Kart (we're still in the "blow it up" phase), believe next years Kart (Cadet) is finally fitted for him, and drove 6 hours each way on Saturday for him to practice at the track he'll be racing on next week.
My only gripe with the Aerostar is with the unneeded extra weight and complexity added with the AWD. I know it's not worth the trouble of converting, so it's not a serious gripe yet....
I promise to try to get that FTP info out to make the files accessible. I doubt they'll be available 100% of the time though. As people get frustrated with the Torrent (which is a great idea, we're just not the best audience for the application I think) they will become available from time to time. That way, the bandwidth will be limited to people who are actually using the forum, instead of wasted on the google guys.

After you put the CD in the drive, the volume shown on the drive should match the required volume name. Also, double click on the "Install*****" not the "Setup*****" on the CD. If you are using Windows XP or 2000, you must install and run it under an administrator account. If you are using the Mac, go get a Windows PC.

SuperBlue,
The .iso file is an image of the contents of a CD, including directory and file structures, as well as the files themselves. These formats are defined in specifications adopted by the International Standards Organization (ISO). Only tech geeks know things like this; you're not stooopid, just not a geek.
There are various applications that can run under Windoze that will write .iso files onto CDs or DVDs. If you buy a CD or DVD writer for your PC, or if your PC came with a CD or DVD writer, it will usually come with some kind of free software for writing these discs. Most of them, like Nero, Ulead, Roxio, will also write from iso files. I use a free program called DVDdcrypter to read and write DVD images, but it turns out that it will also burn CD iso files onto CD-R/CD-RW. And yes, CD iso files are different from DVD iso files.
