Where's the oil pressure sending unit?

I have a 2003 F150 Supercrew 4X4 with a 5.4/auto.

Thing has no oil pressure on start up. After about 3 minutes it works fine. Gonna check the sending unit first.

Where's it located

Thanks,

Gerald

There is a plastic piece for which oil can be directed to when you change your oil filter, three 10mm bolts to take it off and the sending unit can be accessed a whole lot easier. The front diff makes working on it a son-of-a-you-know-what on these trucks.

Not if you put 8 inches of lift in with 36 inch tires!! LOL
Lot of money to put in to my truck just to make it easier to change oil! LOL
