GeoDaddy's 1st Truck...
Actually, this is the first vehicle that I have owned since I was just outta High School back in 1977 and took over my dad's lease on an Olds Cutlass Supreme. The engine block cracked a couple of months after I drove it, I turned it in and haven't owned a vehicle since.
How? I was living and working in New York City.
Now, however, I have a job in Mahwah, New Jersey and I live in Ridgefield and it was time to get back in the private commuting mode. So, I bought my friend's Ford 250 Full Cab, Long Bed, Black Diesel. I had driven this truck from Austin, Texas to Reno, Nevada when he bought it. Then we drove from Reno to New Jersey when I needed to transport some of my stuff back east. And, now, I just drove from Reno back to New Jersey (along I40) with the rest of my stuff and the pink slip. So it's a "used" truck, but I've personally driven it "around" the country before I bought it.
Now I'm just getting into the idea of being a truck owner.
Most immediately, I could use any recommendations for Ford Truck Mechanics in both Ridgefield Park and Mahwah... should I have any problems.
Look to be checking and sharing truck stories.
Thanx

Thanx!
I'm just getting used to the size of this truck (Full Cab, Long Bed)
Not thinking, I drove it into Mahattan only to find that pulling up to a Parking Garage merely caused the attendants to fall down and roll over laughing. With my Power Stroke Diesel between my legs, I retreated to the suburbs feeling that NO BODY likes my Big Bad Truck...
But I do!
