Steelers vs Colts

All I can say is that was THE best playoff game I have ever seen. I.m so happy now my Broncos are in the AFC championship game and have home field advantage...sweet!

That was pretty crazy. (Troy Polamalu is from my dinky little town, so we all kind of turned Pittsburgh fans :-)

Good thing Bettis that the outcome was still the same, he had the deer-in-the-headlight look when the Colts marched down the field. That would'nt be on a good note to retire from football.

The Colts have been the most underachieving post season team in decades. I am glad the see Pittsburgh win. Peyton Manning "tried to be a good teamate" during the post game and blamed the O line for the loss.

I love to see Peyton with both hands up in the air with his head shaking and that look of dispair.

Remember the "greatest show on earth"? The 2001 St' Louis Rams? Were 14 pt favorites over my beloved Patriots. That Ram team was very simalar this Colts team. How to you beat a speedy, agile, extremely talented offensive team? Smash them in the mouth.

A good team will beat great players every sunday. Haven't my Patriots proven that over the past 4 years?

Hey, say what you want about the colts, but don't compare them to the Rams that went up against the patriots. Manning, although he doesn't do well in the play offs, is probably the best quaterback in the NFL since Dan Marino. But its starting to look like he's going to share his fate of no superbowls either.

Hey, I can't say anything about anybody. I live in Detroit, and I'm a Tennessee Titans fan, boo hoo hoo, wooooo is me.

I was comparing this Colts team to that Rams team for the purpose of showing that any team and beat any team on any Sunday. Hey, myself I did't give Pittsburgh mush of a shot. But I am glad they won.

The real problem was after the fumble

When its 3rd and 2 and pittsburg has prevent defence, They should have used the Edge, Then the smash would have been it pittsburgs mouth. The first down should have been priority.

Pitts played a great game no doubt, and a lot of bad calls on both sides of the ball, But you have to say could it be because the starters had a month off? They were definitely rusty, Peyton looked way to anxious with the way his feet moved in the first half, looked like he had a nervous twitch. Well as a Colts fan, I would like to see the steelers not to sit on the lead against Denver, that shows no faith in the team, and its a good thing the colts were rusty.

They weren't rusty, Peyton was right, he had no time to throw in the first half of the ball game. But lord forbid we give the steelers defense any credit, it had to be a faulty Indy offensive line.

The only thing I saw that went wrong for the steelers in the second half, is they quit throwing the football. I know they were trying to defend a lead, but with a team like the colts, thats not a good idea, you've got to attack. I think Denvers gonna have there work cut out for them.

I like rooting for the underdog, and even though I've always disliked the steelers, I've always respected their history. Now that they've got a decent quaterback, watch out.

I think rothlesb whatever reminds me of a younger Brett Farve, looking for good things from him in the future.
