What does everyone drive?

What does everyone drive?
Am curious as to what everyone drives out of the US.
Where are you from, and what do you drive?
Is whatever you drive common around you area?
What does everyone around you think of your car? Do they think its a bit "anti social" to have a car so big, or everyone thinks its cool?
Did you have to privately import it? Was it difficult? Was it worth it? Did you have to convert it to RHD?
What accesories do you have?
I will start off.
I drive an F350 Super Cab with a 6-speed 7.3l PSD, and DRW.
When I bought the vehicle, no one I knew had an F-Truck, now after I got mine, all the farmers have one of some description, and they all think they are great...
Thankfully I didn't have to privately import the vehicle (been there before )
As now Ford Australia now sells units produced in RHD, YAY!!!
I have a bullbar, snorkel, Xenon driving lights, a set of Cooper Discoverer LT's, 2 x 33 gallon long range tanks and Class V hitch.

Greetings from Belgium!I drive a....Mercedes ML... I know it's not a Ford, but I'm thinking hard to buy the new Expedition(at night I dream about it!)Before I had several Range Rovers,it was at the time that sales of 4X4 vehicels where booming( it still do but not so many)so here in Belgium we see them a lot, specially ,the expensive ones!Cause Belgium count lot of rich people per square mile,so its normal that many people buy big trucks and suv's, most of them are X5's, ML's,RR's,Lexus, and Toyo's,very rear are the USA ones, cause there is no official import!exept fot the Trailblazer and Tahoe, Ford doesn't see a market for these cars here,so, there are parrallel imported cars that we see ,a few F-150 's,but not yet the new ones!
The average people don't like the big trucks here, you know,in case of accident, the small cars are often totally wrecked, and the 4X4's have no or practecly few damage, that's the first reason, and second reason is jalousy!A big SUV or 4X4 vehicle costs lot's of taxes!so not everybody can efford one ,even a secondhand one!too mutch taxes, example,a V8,4.5l is up to 5000EURO(+-6000US Dollars)taxes just to start driving!than, you have to pay annualy(read good!)each year,2000EURO,+-2600US Dollars, and I don't miss with counting the zero's... so you don't believe me?.. well it's the truht, that's why I drive a 2.3L(4cylinder)ML(cheaper than this one, dosn't exist)
plus we have our high prices of all the fuels,(I drive on LPG!)
So Big F-350 ,you have luck that you live in Australia +you guys have often more the sun than we do!,twice luck!... and we have humid winters....another thing...no ,I stop
I'm not having a bad life, and I'm not unhappy!
Take care, hope to here from you!

Welcome UKSuperduty!
Good to see some more international people on here - especially ones that follow cricket!!!
Do you have any pics of your Landcruiser?
Being a 97, is it a 80, or 100 series?
I used to own a 78series, until Superduties were imported to Australia...
Tough vehicle.
I bet it ain't cheap to keep an Excursion running with UK fuel prices...

For anything other than Ford Trucks you own, I suggest going to www.webshots.com to host them.
Any other vehicle other than YOUR FORD Truck in an FTE gallery will be deleted

some pics here http://www.geocities.com/uk_weimaraners/lc.html
It is an HDJ 80 with the 24v motor but have added a BIG intercooler (what a difference) OME springs and Rancho shocks, Pirelli Scorpion AT's.
Fuel prices are mad here thankfully I don't HAVE to drive her every day but I would like too.

Hi I'm not an FTE member yet and am not sure if i,m allowed to post here but here goes.
I live in north Victoria Australia.
I have a 76 F100 351c with fmx auto and run it on straight gas (propane).
I also have a 79 bronco 351m sone to be a 400 with C6 auto it runs on dual fuel
unleaded petrol and gas (propane), from what I've been able to find out there is only about 14 79 Bronco's in Australia, the reson being is that bronco's were never inported to Australia untill 1981.
Cheers Ray71.

I drive a 93ī Bronco daily, being where iīm gas prices donīt concern me at all (this doesnīt mean i drive carelessly, a full tank of 120L lasts me for a week, itīs just that gasoline in WAY cheaper than water here). My truck has been my ride since i graduated from high school and started college (about 7 years now). This model is very liked between itīs owners and my friends, they ask me all the time how can i manage with the size, but no negatives comments on the side, life is good for road drivers/car owners here (except for the lack of security sometimes). Adding to that, insurance is medium/low, and the spares for my truck are cheap (even for venezuelan market standards).
P.S.: Check my gallery if you wanīt to see my Bronco:
