What about 2003 5.4? I thought all 5.4s were 24v.

The 3v motors came out in 2004 and are rated at 300hp, the 2003 2v engines are rated at 260hp.

can I jump in here and ask a question, how high can you get the 2v 5.4 (year 99 to 02) hp with exhaust, programmer (or chip) and intake?

It will have PI cast in the head on the side near the rear exhaust port.
