Best gearing

I have an '02 F-250 SD CCSB 4x4 with 36's and 3.73's. What would be the best gearing for this size tire ? I'm thinking 4.30's or possibly 4.56's . I think the 4.56's would probably the better choice. Thoughts anyone.
