wheel base option in 1965
we beat this up a whaile back on the body style question on my 4x4, so here in the next one trying to understand all the wheel bases
? so ford made three wheel base trucks, long bed 128 , short bed 114 and the 120 in the 4x4?
? was the 120 only for the 4x4
not trying to beat adead horse jest trying to understand the different wheel base option ford had in 1965

for the F100's I think its something like this
1961-63 SWB=114"
LWB =120"
4x4 =120"
1964 SWB=114"
LWB =128"
4x4 =120"
1965 SWB=115"
LWB =129"
4x4 =120"
1966 SWB=115"
LWB =129"
4x4 =129"
This is due to Ford using the frame from 1959's original factory 4x4 right up to 1965. In '66 they finally matched the wheelbase up to the matching box, available on 2WD's since 1964
the bigger trucks are different again.. I dunno if you could ever get a matching box on a F250 in the Slicks
