Question Taxable horsepower

I would like someone to tell me what the "Taxable Horsepower" ( HP to the rear wheels) of a 1996 Ford F-250 with a 7.3 diesel motor and automatic transmission is. Thank you, Lucky Star

like we said in chat, about 160-180 hp. but hp doesnt really matter, it is torque that moves you.
