Here we go again! This erks me!
I was watching the news this morning and heard of a local school that is banning snowmen. I thought "Oh, they probably did that to discourage snowball fights (a great American passtime BTW), which makes some amount of sense." WRONG! The principle made the decision to ban snowmen on school grounds because she was told that recent pop culture has made "snowman" synonymous with "drug dealer" and snow is a reference to cocaine! I'm surprised she didn't make a rule that school is cancelled on snow days because of all the "snow/cocaine" laying around on campus. GIVE ME A BREAK!!!
Pretty soon these kids are going to get smart and get school books banned by referencing them to **** or something. I can see it now, "Did you hear that these wacky kids are refering to Playboy and Hustler magazines as School Books?! As of this minute school books are banned on campus!!!"

Ban all sports played on grass. Cause ya know grass is slang for marijuana. I mean really, lets take away all constructive forms of extra curricular activity. Then we can wonder why we have a bunch of fat lazy couch potatoes. I just love people that think it is their job to "over"protect everybody, I mean holy crud we can't have people thinking for themselves. Sorry about the rant, It's just stuff like what you posted just really gets my Irish up.

how about we just ban everything not in some way useful, eliminate practically everything, remove all turf grass, plow the snow off the bare soil, institute mandatory classes pertaining to all the political correctness crap, and while we're at it, why dont we just shut the schools down altogether, and let our kids grow up to be fat drunk lazy idiots.

The problem is that they are trying to fix unecassary activities. Instead of trying to cut to root of the drug problem and educate the kids about it they are banning healthy activities in an attempt to keep these kids from it by keeping them in the basement, which will only make them wonder about it more when they get older.
