Windows, locks, seats and aaah errrr mirrors. Of course that would be on the XLT and above.

400 hp and 755 ftlbs. torque.........but 1,000 hp and 1250 ftlbs. and 60 mpg. according to the new and improved Lie-O-Meeter

tlak to my ford guy yesterday who saw and touched the engine while at DANA corp. where they were testing and said around 700 ft lbs torque. couldn't remember HP.

yeah right, try something more like 3900. i have a hunch this engine will be a high-revving one. redline stock at 4750?

750ft/lbs at 1500 would be nice, with a nice long broad flat torque curve. I sure as hell hope that this engine isn't going to have to rev to the moon to make power. Hell having 750 ft/lbs at 1800 would nice.

High revving V8 diesels sound like diarhea to be honest lol. But then again so do I6's. Give me low mean growling RPM's with a boat load of torque, Thats what Daddy likes

I believe Ford will at least match the D-max. I hope the torque comes in lower in the RPM range though.
