I've got the diagram, but it's too big to post as a file attachment. Tell me what you need and I'll relay the information, or shoot me an e-mail and I can e-mail it back to you.

Hmmm...none of my diagrams match up to your wire colors, but they are close.

My book shows tan/orange and pink/blue. They hook up to the corresponding colors on the data link connector (the OBDII port). Black is the same showing as the ground. And where you have white/purple I show red/yellow. As the only wire left it goes to a keyed ignition source.

Give me a minute and I'll check the book on the 96 to see if they match up.

Ok, your data link connector pinout shows tan/orange on pin 2 and pink/light blue on pin 10. So just match up those two wires, run the black to ground and the white one to a key on power source in the fuse box.

Got me. I've never used an APCM before. Might have to go to the dealer to find the book on it.

Hmmm...well lets try getting there the hard way. UPDATE>>>For some reason, FTE adds a http in front of the link every time you click it. Open another browser window and cut and paste the link into it.

Start with this link https://www.fleet.ford.com/ When that page opens click on the tab mark "showroom" and scroll down to "truck body builders/upfitters" and click there.

That will open a new page. Move your mouse over to "Publications" then scrool down to "APCM Manual"

Hope that works.
