just moved up the board

I just sold my S-D and bought an '05 F150. I think my first plan is to do a leveling kit. I have seen many different kits talked about here. I personally think the bolt in spacer would be a better set up instead of internally spacing the springs. It would seem that it would not change your shocks or anything with there preload. How difficlut are these to install? Does anyone here have all the proper torque secs for tightening everything back up?

Also I bought a Lariat and hate the color matched trim over the wheels, They appear to be plastic and held in with christmas trees does anyone here know if that is really true?
