Features on the competition that should be on Super Dutys
Interested to see if anyone likes any features on the competition that are not avail. on Super Duty's
Have been driving my buddys new Tundra double cab and with the sunroof open, all cab windows open and the entire rear sliding window down it's like being in a convertible.
Very Cool.

I rode in my buddies 2005 Chevy Duraslug today for the first time. I must say the back seat seems smaller.
Cool features: Trip computer for two different trips. Power fold in mirrors (although his mirror are tiny). That is it.
Plus he claimed he would beat me top end. ( He use to have a 2003 F250 6.0) Well today I shut him up on that too. He was ahead of me getting onto the freeway. So I pasted him and kept going. I hit my air horns as I went by plus gave him the big "L" out of my sun roof. Both trucks are stock.

I don't know if the newer superdutys have it but my 03 doesn't. GMC's driver1/driver2 memory(seat position, mirror position, radio station, heater temp, and any other electronic feature that driver 1/2 does). I hate adjusting the seat in my truck after my wife steals it for the day.Might have to get rid of her caravan for an excursion.

The SD should have the chip in key theft protection that Ford puts in their cheaper priced vehicles. 2007 model will have it I hope.
The SD should have a switch on the heated mirrors.
The new message centre/ computer is great and should be available on every trim level, not everyone wants leather seats, I do like mine.
The lights on the inside door panels should light up when the doors open.
The turning signals on the mirrors should be visible to the driver.
Last but not least is when you order A/T tires you should get them and not A/S tires like the 18" Continentals. Myself and other people that ordered did get our money back but I still have a 4X4 sitting in the driveway with A/S tires.

personally I have found all the makers have something or other that I wish I could get on my ford (some of the better ones are listed) what I would like to see is maybe have it so you can order your new truck with whatever option is available in someone elses new trucks, ie order a new for with a cummins if you want now that would be cool go into the Ford dealer, and ok I want the sun roof from a tundra, a powerslide rear windor from a GM, and a cummins from a dodge with the power foot pedals from an F150 on my new F350 dually.
