2006 Dodge ram test drive

O.K. it wasn't me who went to the dark side, but my boss got a 2006 ram with the hemi and I drove it back to his house to pick up a trailer we needed for work. Let me start by saying, now wonder ford is the leader in trucks. The truck looks good on the outside and he didn't get a megacab, but the inside looks like a old chrysler lebaron my mom had in 1986 plastic and cheap. When driving over the smallest bump I thought my fillings in my teeth were gonna pop loose. The power was nice I have to admit but it seemed to hesitate before it kicked in. Over all at the end of the day I was glad to get into a smooth 2003 f-150 supercrew FX4 with 47,000 miles on it. I'm glad I have a ford. I would rather push my ford then drive a chevy or dodge

My one buddy bought one of those new dodge daytona? type hemi trucks, and the thing is a piece of garbage. It doesnt just look cheap but for a hemi, I was really dissapointed.

i drove a new titan- it seemed to be a solid made truck. people brag all day long about how powerful the titan is but my dads 1997 f-250 LD seems to have more pep than the titan, and it has the 4.6. i'll stick with the better looking f-150.

I have a friend from high school that used to be a Chevy guy.He recently got a job as a product advisor at a Dodge dealer and has done a commplete about face.He drives a 2003 dodge extened cab 4X4 with the hemi. He told me that he could hook on to a Ford and pull it around where ever he wanted to go whether or not the ford's egine was running or not. I'd like to see him try, when I checked out the tow capacity of all the new half-ton trucks the dodge was the lowest out the ford, chevy and nissan. He live three hours away from me now, or else I just might take him up on the challenge with my 2001 ford supercab 4X4 with the 5.4l .
