For machine work, I highly recommend Clegg's in Orem. He is very reasonable, and his turnaround is pretty good(two to three days on average).

I have not done any gas engine work for a while but if they are still in business, Neil & Parks does a fantastic job with machine work one heads, blocks, ect.
