My pops is in Lee Vining, so I'm kinda familiar. Gas is the worst up there huh? Probably like $3.50 a gallon?
We get so screamin' over Monitor Pass on our crotch rockets but soon enought I'm gonna have to drive the "effie" up there to pick up a hoist and engine stand.

Careful on the Monitor Pass bro, it can get ugly. Just had a gasoline tanker dump into the creek a couple of weeks ago. His brakes were on fire going down the grade on the east side, just before hwy 395. He lived until the next day with burns over 85% of his body. Not a happy moment. I know it is alot of fun on the bikes on all of those nicely banked curves but just be careful, Okay?
Yeah, gas is really out of site up there in Lee Vining. I think Bridgeport might be even higher. Not for sure, I do all possible to NOT buy fuel there.
