ths why they bend so easily, for the crashes, there designed for crashes, so they buckle the right way so you dont get squished, look sliek htat buckled the wrong way though! haha

They are very crash worthy, because of their frame. It has a 5 star out of 5 crash raiting on front and side colisions. I don't know if anyone else saw this but ford put out something about "The Truth About Trucks" or something real close and it comparse ford to chevy, dodge, toyota, and I think nissan. It's about 30 mins long, pretty good little bits of info.

How in the world did that happen. Getting on a step stool from the side of the truck I can reach mid roof for it's entire length., switch over to the other side and get the other half.

As I read my original post I forgot to add that I was waxing the roof as well as removing water spots from my sunroof. (Not at the same time. )

I was standing on the back bed rail (no damage there!) and using my right hand to "balance".
