I need programming instructions for remote keyless entry for a 1998 Expedition. Can anyone help?

Are you talking the key remote or the keypad?

 

To program the remotes
1. Turn the igngiton from off to run 8 times within 10 secs ending in the run position. The door locks will lock and then unlock. press a botton on the remote. the car will lock and then unlock again. press a button on the second remote. Turn the ignition off . Done.
You have to program all the remotes at the same time. hope this helps. let me know if you need something else.

 

Does anyone know how to program the door code? I bought a used 99 and I dont know the code.

You have two options. One being to pull the computer and find the sticker on the side with the factory code. Second, you can run it to a dealer service dept. and they'll pull it for you, (may run about $20-30). Then to reprogram, punch in the factory code, hit the 1-2 button twice, then punch in your code. HTH
