Auto VentShade / Explorer

Auto VentShade / Explorer
Hi all,
Has anyone installed the AutoVenshade in-channel Vent Visors on their 2002-2005 Explorer?
I had the (front-only) set on my 03 Ranger before I traded it in. They worked fine.
A couple of questions...
How does the rear set work? Before opening the package I compared the size of the rear shade with the window, and it looks like it's the width of the ENTIRE window, including the phony-vent part. Problem is, that rear part is a non-functional window and there is NO channel. How do the rears attach in this case?
Also, has anyone tried to _remove_ a set of these? I'm concerned at the damage the 3M tape might make to the inside of the channel if I decide to remove them.
One thing does bug me. This was not an issue on the 03 Ranger visors. The put their name in big white letters near the back of the shade. I HATE that. Sticks out like a sore thumb and looks ugly as hell to me.
Based on the answers here I may return them un-opened.
Thanks

Ok, I was able to answer my own question. The AutoVenshade's have been returned...
I slit the plastic shrink-wrap just enough to get the instruction sheet out.
Sure enough, the rear ventshades do NOT go in the channel. The stick on the PAINT around the outer perimeter of the window.
Who's dumb-*** idea was that? Not gonna happen!
I've ordered a nicer set from MacNeil (WeatherTech). There's fit in the channel on the rear windows and are of a higher grade optical quality material.
More expensive though. $90 vs. $50.
I have a lot of the Weathertech stuff. It's all good...
