77 Highboy, Which Booster & Master Cylinder??

I'm planning on buying a new master cylinder & booster for my 1977 F250 Highboy which has a 460 & C6, with dual piston caliper brakes on the front. I'm not running tall valve covers, so that's not an issue. Which booster & m/c would give me the most braking power? Thanks So Much

I havent actually done the research yet as far as comparing bolt patterns, but from what i understand a 77-79 f-350 dually 2 wheel has the most boost, it is just a matter of comparing parts ( drivers side line outlets, power booster to firewall mounting, etc. )

Hey, Thanks for the reply. I looked it up at Advanceautoparts.com and it looks like it is a Cardone 503311. As far a the lines mounting on the left side, I think I could just make me up some new ones. I wonder if it would bolt up to the firewall the same??

That smaller diameter booster looks pretty cool and thick looking too!! I'd say, you could run as tall a valve cover as you wanted. It's kind of pricey, at 184.99 with exchange. They probably wouldn't let you give them a different rig for the core either.

let us know how it works, and there is a couple of articles for bleeding that include pulling a pin out of the proportioning valve while you bleed the fronts for better bleeding, check that out
