I called dealer today to report some warranty issues and to get pad removed from my truck and service manager pulled up a work history on my truck.Where can I pull this type of info from?Thanks.

 

You can only do it through Ford's OASIS application. You can ask your dealer to print it for you...

 

You can get some information at www.fordvehicles.com at the owners section/myford. You will have to register your vehicle. This assumes that the dealer logged the info. I just checked mine and it shows the warranty work I had done 03/03.

 

King, I logged into that site and entered all my info...didn't see any of the work I had done to my windstar...guess they didn't enter it.

 

I assume you looked under the service and maintenance/service log area. I just checked mine and even have scheduled maintenance items there. Some of the older stuff doesn't list what was done, but does show I had work done.
Make sure you keyed the VIN number properly, otherwise it will not come up with the correct data.
