1995 F150 fuel pump problem?

Truck running fine would not restart. Have 4.9L in line six. Did relay test but dont hear the fuel pump. Is there a reset for the fuel pump or do we have to just go ahead and replace the pump? Is the fuel pump located in the tank? Any other suggestions?

I'm having the same problem with my 93 E250 4.9. I have a single midship tank with a In tank pump/sender unit. there is no high pressure rail pump on my van but you might have a low pressure In tank fuel pump/sending unit as well as a high pressure rail pump on your F150. How did you do the relay test???. I'm trying to find out if I have power going to the In tank pump. I checked the fuel shut off switch and it was ok.
