New - 2 questions
My first question is, I have a new 05 S-Crew with about 600 miles on it and I noticed a knocking sound from the engine. The dealer had said that it was a common problem in fords system, showed me the printout about it, and ordered the parts to repair, but I come here and find no posts about this problem. So I am wondering if anyone is familiar with this problem and what it all deals with. All I remember from talking with them was something to do with the 3-valve system.
Secondly, I noticed in the picture gallery that some of the trucks had a small FX4 sticker on the tailgate of the truck, and I was wondering where one goes to get ahold of a few of those stickers?
Thanks in advance for any info!

Somewhere in here I recall reading a thread about an engine knock. There were a few different "varieties" and locations of this knock, but the general response from Ford was that it was normal. I have a slight knock, but I haven't brought the truck in yet. More like a tapping sound, now that I think about it.

Don't know about the knock(try search option on top of this page). The FX4 on the tailgate is actually an emblem that can be ordered from the dealer(it's actually for an Expedition) part #2L1Z-7842528-ABB, cost me about $35. You can see it on my gallery(sorry pics aren't too good) Hope this helps.
