Local Gas Prices

Last night when I was coming home from picking up my truck from Beach Ford, I decided to take a little trip down Laskin road (missed some turns and got lost), traffic was a Pain, but I saw gas stations that regular gas was $1.55 a gallon.

I was really suprised because the cheapest I have seen it in my area is or around $1.67 - $1.69.

Anybody seen any cheaper?

I got it for $1.58 over at Farm Fresh off of N. Military Hwy not long ago. I have been suprised that gas prices are coming down during one of the most busy travel seasons. If anything you would figure that the gas stations would make a fortune by raising it a few cents because they know people will pay at the pump.

Who knows, maybe they are raised higher right now and we should be paying less. Wouldn't it be great if they dropped even lower after the new year

$1.53 by my house at the Crown station (Lynnhaven Pkwy and Pleasant Valley Rd) and the WA-WA is usually the same price as the Crown.

I just got back from Alabama and Florida and the gas prices thru the Carolinas is higher than I thought it would be. Even Georgia is alot higher than what I thought it would be. GA is usually cheaper than any of the other states that I travel, but Florida- believe it or not- had the best prices! In the panhandle it was $1.65, and down JAX way it was a little higher, around $1.75.
