lumbar dilemma

Hi. Im pretty sure my lumbar pump is out from what i have read in other posts, but i could be wrong. When i got the car 2 years ago roughly, the passenger side lumbar didnt work at all, and the drivers lumbar worked fine, and the bolster was a little difficult to work, but it worked. About 5 months later the bolster completely went out, but if i pressed the button to inflate the lumbar, and then i pushed the bolster, it would work. Now, none of it works. I have read that if it is just the switch, you can feel lee-way in the switch, but my switches are just as stiff as if they were to work. I found a pump from a site called genuine ford parts, and found a pump for around 34 dollars. Does anyone know where the pump is so i can replace it? Or does anyone have any other ideas? I hate the way the seat feels when there is no air in it, i feel like im in a bean bag chair, all sunk into it. Thanks for any input!
