.060" over is usually safe. Get it sonic checked. That will be the final determination. I'd be surprised if .080" wasn't attainable.
That said, why ruin a perfectly good block? You dont gain that many cubic inches. You lose future rebuilds by going way over. The only reason would be to run bigger valves, and you can run CJ valves in a standard 4.050" 360/390 bore anyway.
