Exact Measurements for level kit

What are the measurements of your leveling kits?

Daystar appears to look similar to a donut.

I want to make my own spacers because that would be MUCH cheaper. Also, how far apart are the mounting holes?

I just dont want to pay $120 for one of these kits.
