Hobby Shops

I know there is a hobby shop over on Little Creek Amphibious base but can't get everyone in there. Anyone know if there are any civilian automotive hobby shops in the area? Would be great if we could get some sort of lift.

Kinda like renting a garage for a little while.

Would be nice to have a lift for the occasion we all get together to work on a truck.

I agree with you Tomcat, I know some little garages but I think they would be leary of some unknowns coming into their business, although it would be nice to have an indoor lift

Just wait till the group gets big enough. Then we can all just grab a corner and lift

Oh, yeah - I'm in favor of "alcohol power" - as anyone knows who bothered to show for our first meeting!

But, seriously, we could use (abuse?) a member with a lift in his garage don't ya'll think?

BTW, does anyone remember that service station next to I-264 and Newtown road that provided lifts for rent? What happened with that idea?

Guess what I saw behind Hardee's on Bainbridge...there is a freaking semi truck size garage for rent. It has two huge doors and could probably fit 4 trucks in it pretty easy. Of course they probably actually want money for it, which I never have enough of.
