I know there is a hobby shop over on Little Creek Amphibious base but can't get everyone in there. Anyone know if there are any civilian automotive hobby shops in the area? Would be great if we could get some sort of lift.
I agree with you Tomcat, I know some little garages but I think they would be leary of some unknowns coming into their business, although it would be nice to have an indoor lift
ahh the good ol human hoist. i think its a great idea. imean who wants to be spoiled with hydraulics and pneumatics and such when weve got alcohol powered men and ladies. lol
Preach on brother! I mean, I can't even spell newmatix, let alone trust any of this newfangled gadgetry to not break down Never underestimate the power of alcohol
Guess what I saw behind Hardee's on Bainbridge...there is a freaking semi truck size garage for rent. It has two huge doors and could probably fit 4 trucks in it pretty easy. Of course they probably actually want money for it, which I never have enough of.
last year i had full access the a corvette service shop in dumfries va. it was awsome we pulled the body off my old blazer and put it back on in one night just for the hell of it.
