Hi I have a 97 ranger 4.0 that is getting a pO171 code the book says bank 1 is running to lean any suggestions before I bring it to the dealer thanks Mike
My (outdated) code book says code 171 is "HEGO sensor voltage signal not switching, (Bank #1). This indicates a bad O2 sensor or an open in the sensor wiring.
